Our replication partner uses film/video production materials that are fully ISO 9000 compliant. The main plastics used for manufacturing CDs, DVDs (poly carbonate) are fully recycled on all unused, or overrun-to the disc. All damaged or unused Jewel Case product is recycled, including the trays.
Board packaging is 100% Recycled Clay coated news back, 18 pt. stock and 100% POST CONSUMER waste. This board accepts 100% water based soy inks, and is manufactured under the guidelines of the Forest Stewardship Council. With this board stock, we have the option to run the 100% recycled Digipak trays, which are also from 80 to 100% POST CONSUMER waste.
Our 100% recycled download cards contain wild flower seeds in the paper for planting after use! For print projects, we use soy inks and recycled paper.
